AFR, Inc. does not warrant that these companies are competent or honest. Commercial loan modification is a brand new industry, and there is only so much research and investigation that we can economically do on these companies.
Be warned: There are a lot of snakes in the residential loan modification business. It wouldn't be surprising similar snakes are in the commercial loan modification business.
You must therefore not rely on the referral of a commercial loan modification company from AFR, Inc. as any sort of warranty or guarantee of their honesty or competence. Remember, we have NOTchecked these guys out. If you find one to be disreputable, please be sure to notify us. We will delete them from our data base.
