7. Negotiate a discounted figure if you pay off the loan in full ("short pay").

8. Sell your commercial property at an auction. 

9. Sell your property to a REIT or an opportunity fund that specializes in buying distressed property.

Be warned: There are a lot of snakes in the loan modification business.

You must therefore not rely on the referral of a commercial loan modification company from AFR, Inc. as any sort of warranty or guarantee of their honesty or competence. Remember, we have NOT checked these guys out. If you find one to be disreputable, please be sure to notify us. We will delete them from our data base.
