With a strong emphasis on multifamily, (rental of 5 units and above) Affinity Funding represents such distinguished apartment investors as Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie MAC Plus as well as several life companies and national and regional banks. Affinity Funding also arranges multifamily, nursing and mobile home parks under FHA-insured programs. FHA products are best for new construction as well substantial rehabilitation.

Affinity Funding has many other private lenders for tough deals that need a quick response to cash in on an opportunity or foreclosure or bankruptcy.

Wall Street Conduits (collateralized mortgage obligation or commercial mortgage backed securities) are competing with Life Companies for rate, terms and easy underwriting. The funds available from the street are vast. These conduits are becoming more and more aggressive in order to keep up with demand for investor's dollars to be put into these securities. For acquisition and refinance of most property types we believe it is the owners best source of funds.
